As a Food Runner at Bibi Ji, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately and efficiently delivered from the kitchen to the guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables swiftly and accurately.
Assist the waitstaff, bussers, and hosts with table service, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including clearing and resetting tables.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including refilling water glasses, running drinks, and assisting with table setup.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
Strong teamwork, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy trays, tables, and chairs.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Server
As a Server at Bibi Ji, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and anticipate guests’ needs, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and prompt food delivery.
Process payments and provide accurate change, handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role in a high-end or fast-paced restaurant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Host
As a Hostess at Bibi Ji, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and set the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth and efficient table turnover. We are looking for someone with a warm, friendly demeanor and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome as they enter the restaurant.
Manage reservations and walk-ins using our reservation system, ensuring accurate and efficient seating.
Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and ensuring they are comfortably seated.
Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house area, including the hostess stand and waiting area.
Assist with answering phone calls, taking reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
Coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure seamless table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Monitor the dining room to ensure all tables are attended to and guests' needs are met.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer service role. (Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.)

As an Expo at Bibi Ji, you will be the crucial link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring that each dish is delivered to our guests promptly and accurately. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the flow of orders, checking the quality and presentation of dishes, and ensuring timely service. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the communication liaison between kitchen staff and front-of-house staff.
Manage the flow of orders and ensure that dishes are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
Check the quality, accuracy, and presentation of each dish before it leaves the kitchen.
Coordinate with servers to ensure that food is delivered promptly and correctly to guests.
Assist in organizing and prioritizing orders during peak service times.
Maintain a clean and organized expediting station.
Communicate any issues or delays to the kitchen and service staff promptly.
Assist with restocking and organizing the kitchen as needed.
Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as necessary.

You will work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure that each dish is executed with precision and care. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in line with our recipes and standards.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and consistency.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and utensils.
Monitor and manage food inventory and waste.
Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet presentation standards.
Handle and store ingredients properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.
Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a high-end or fast-paced restaurant. (Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus.)

Your primary responsibilities will include clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. We are looking for someone who is energetic, attentive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.
Reset tables promptly and accurately, ensuring they are clean and properly set for the next guests.
Assist servers with delivering food and beverages as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary.
Restock dining room supplies such as napkins, utensils, and glassware.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure efficient service.
Requirements:
