Owners Alejandro Medina and James Beard award-winning sommelier Rajat Parr, along with Executive Chef Gary Singh, offer a menu that highlights the abundance of local seafood served sea-to-table with traditional Indian coconut curries, a bounty of fresh produce harvested from the region cooked in Indian spices, and a Chef’s Tasting culling favorite dishes from the team including selections from their new take on conventional Indian ‘street food,’ ‘tandoor & grill,’ ‘naan & sides,’ and a thali platter of curries. A highlight of the creative dishes offered at Bibi Ji include a Santa Barbara Uni Biryani, Mr. Tso’s Cauliflower, Paneer Tikka Sliders, and Kulfi Popsicle.
